Our stay at Shaun’s place in Sedona was perfect! The location was unbeatable—close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. The space was clean, comfortable, and had all the little touches that made it feel like home. Shaun was a fantastic host—very responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Sedona. We’ll definitely be back!

We loved everything about our stay! The house was big and clean. If you have kids it’s a perfect place to stay. My kids loved the bottom floor, all they wanted to do is play in their “kid apartment”. The games and the toys were a lot of fun. Shaun was great about giving us suggestions and was very quick to answer any questions we had. And wow waking up to that view every morning was very special. Close location to the creek and Grasshopper Pointe. We will definitely be coming back!

Shaun's home is such a beautiful place! The home is spotless and the layout was perfect for our family of four. The views from all 3 balconies were breathtaking! Plus the steam shower in the primary bathroom was an unexpected treat! Can't wait to return.

My family really enjoyed this house. It was a beautiful view the pictures don’t do it justice loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the view. Near restaurants, slide rock and grasshopper point places we sister even took a drive to crescent moon ranch which if you like slide rock and have kids is way safer and lots more shade a new one we added to our places to visit when going to serine. We would definitely book this house next time very spacious, clean, comfortable and NO bugs!!! Unlike other houses we’ve rented so big plus. The drive up the first time was a little nerve racking since it’s up a hill on a private road but once u drive it once or twice it’s easy and OMG view is well worth it. I have nothing bad to say about this place.

My family and I stayed in Shaun’s home and we absolutely fell in love. The home is so beautiful inside as well as the view outside. It was so peaceful and my family really enjoyed the game room an absolute plus in the home and really enjoy each other’s company than to sit on the screen. I will most definitely book again. Shaun was very clear with instructions and communication was easy. Highly recommend!

We loved this home!! We had 6 grandkids ranging in age from 5 months to 9 years old, and they had a blast! Between the climbing nets (which was perfect for the 4-9 year olds) and the arcade games, they always had something to do! And we were very close to downtown Sedona.

We had four families, adults and kids. Lots of space and places to hang out. The garage/game room was a hit with the kids and adults. The backyard playground was also really cool. Had a couple minor issues at the house but Shaun was super responsive; so responsive I almost felt bad how dedicated he was to ensuring accommodation. Having two kitchens was nice, we did most our cooking in the main house and on the new grill set up. Nice lounge areas in the back of house with fire pit was good for evening hangs.
We loved the location. Really close to downtown but far enough away to be peaceful when at the house. Examine the road system before you get there. Downtown Sedona is a log jam on the weekend. We were so close to everything (a healthy walk or short drive) and there are even nice family friendly hiking trails right off the neighborhood if you look for them. If you plan your day right and study a map you can avoid the traffic circles and busier roads during peak hours. Awesome!!

This home is more beautiful than the pictures. Unbelievable views! Have not stayed in a home this well stocked and kids, as well as the adults, loved the game room! Thank you Shaun for a fabulous weekend!
