We had such a wonderful stay at Shaun home. We were so cozy, everything was stocked up with anything and everything we would need and use if we forgot anything. The view is breathtaking!!! I highly recommend staying here if you have the ability to climb stairs. This could be an issue if your mobility is restricted (this was disclosed in the description). The drive up the drive way is very bumpy and full of potholes, make sure you have a vehicle that can climb up and hit a pot hole from time to time. This was already disclosed, so we were well aware of this ahead of time. You're away from the city, but close enough to travel into downtown in no time. Shaun's home offers you a quiet, peaceful perfect get away. I highly recommend. Go find out for yourself!

Shaun’s home was beautiful! It was even more gorgeous than the pictures! He was always responsive and friendly! We will definitely be booking this home for our next Sedona trip!! Cannot recommend Shaun and this home enough!

We had an amazing time at Shaun’s place. The views were outstanding! Would definitely stay again. Shaun was very responsive and beyond helpful. The garage was so much fun and the amenities for children were unlike any other Airbnb we’ve stayed at. 10/10

This house was BEAUTIFUL. Exactly what we needed with an extra kitchen… that’s always a plus. Shaun was an amazing host. A few tho gs came up that needed tending wand he quickly got it fixed/ corrected for us. This is one of the biggest challenges I’ve seen others fail in, but not Shaun! … if his house is available when I come back. I’m renting it again.

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was perfect for our family. The kids had so much fun with all the entertainment provided and we all enjoyed the beautiful views. Everything was comfortable, clean and well thought out. We would definitely love to come back again!

The home is absolutely stunning. We had a blast staying here, my family felt right at home. Our kids loved the game room & playroom, it kept them entertained the whole time. The views from all three decks were breathtaking, absolutely loved it. The location is super calm and quiet. The sunsets and sunrises are incredible to watch from the top deck.
The host was fantastic, quickly responded and easy to communicate with. Overall this getaway was exactly what we needed and this home made it 10 times better than we could have imagined. Looking forward to staying here again in the future! Highly recommend.

Hands down one of the most beautiful and super clean Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at. We spent quite a bit of time hanging out on the deck and enjoying the views for post hike happy hour and dinner. You truly feel surrounded by nature. Inside, the house was really fantastic and roomy for my husband and I and all the furniture was clean and comfy! Just an FYI, the road to get up to the house is definitely potholed, so a slightly higher clearance vehicle would be ideal. Communication with Shaun from start to finish was quick and responsive. We left a couple of hanging clothing items when we checked out and Shaun messaged us when he found them and let us come back after our hike to grab them. Thanks Shaun for hosting such a lovely and clean space-we would definitely return again!

Breathtaking view, thoughtful amenities, great communication with host. Home is great when traveling with family, perfect for kids. Peaceful location and still a close enough drive into town. We had an enjoyable stay!

Great home with an excellent location. Walking distance to shops restaurants and sites. Communicative host with easy instructions and fast responses. The house has everything you need for a large group, plenty of space and amenities. A retreat in itself.

House was amazing! Close (walking distance) to downtown. Hiking trail at the end of the street! House had all the comforts and entertainment we could have asked for. Shaun was super helpful and responsive! Not a single complaint!
