Take in the amazing views from 3 separate decks, enjoy the huge living room, & chefs kitchen that opens to the living room.

Our property is located about 20 minutes from the nearest grocery store. Due to the location, delivery apps like DoorDash or Uber Eats can be costly and have longer wait times. We recommend that guests do their grocery shopping before arrival to fully enjoy the comfort of our home right away.

North of Sedona in oak creek canyon across from Indian Gardens Cafe this secluded neighborhood is filled with single family homes. Our home is at the very highest point in the development offering amazing views of scenery from all three of the decks that this home has to offer!

Guest Access

Guests will have full access to the entire house, which spans three levels and features three separate decks. Please note, there is no backyard.

We loved everything about our stay! The house was big and clean. If you have kids it’s a perfect place to stay. My kids loved the bottom floor, all they wanted to do is play in their “kid apartment”. The games and the toys were a lot of fun. Shaun was great about giving us suggestions and was very quick to answer any questions we had. And wow waking up to that view every morning was very special. Close location to the creek and Grasshopper Pointe. We will definitely be coming back!

Shaun's home is such a beautiful place! The home is spotless and the layout was perfect for our family of four. The views from all 3 balconies were breathtaking! Plus the steam shower in the primary bathroom was an unexpected treat! Can't wait to return.

My family really enjoyed this house. It was a beautiful view the pictures don’t do it justice loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the view. Near restaurants, slide rock and grasshopper point places we sister even took a drive to crescent moon ranch which if you like slide rock and have kids is way safer and lots more shade a new one we added to our places to visit when going to serine. We would definitely book this house next time very spacious, clean, comfortable and NO bugs!!! Unlike other houses we’ve rented so big plus. The drive up the first time was a little nerve racking since it’s up a hill on a private road but once u drive it once or twice it’s easy and OMG view is well worth it. I have nothing bad to say about this place.

My family and I stayed in Shaun’s home and we absolutely fell in love. The home is so beautiful inside as well as the view outside. It was so peaceful and my family really enjoyed the game room an absolute plus in the home and really enjoy each other’s company than to sit on the screen. I will most definitely book again. Shaun was very clear with instructions and communication was easy. Highly recommend!

Shaun’s place was immaculate, spacious, and in a quiet area. We felt like we were far from the hustle of downtown Sedona, but were only about 5 minutes away. Slide Rock Park was only 3 miles north from us as well. The beds were so comfortable and our party of 8 had ample space. The game room setup in the garage was awesome! Ping pong, darts, and so many arcade games as well as weight lifting equipment! Shaun provided all of our check in information in advance and was super responsive and easy to communicate with. When we return to Sedona this will definitely be where I want to stay again!

The pictures do not so this space justice... I mean they are wonderful but multiply that x 7!! Amazing views, beautiful space, offers kids something to do and adults. The garage games and laundry was awesome. We needed to extend and even that was made super easy. Don't miss out on this space; book immediately before someone else gets this gem.

This was a beautiful place to stay in Sedona. The views were incredible and the condo was spacious and well appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed the game room as well. Definitely stay here!

There is ample parking on the street in front of the house. This house does have a two car garage that has been turned into a gym/game room! You can walk down the hill to indian gardens cafe and hiking trails everywhere.
