Sedona is a town meant for exploration. After a day filled with hiking, swimming, or shopping, our home offers a comfortable retreat where guests can relax and enjoy quality time together. As parents of young children, we know that while parents may want to unwind after a day of exploring, kids often still have energy to burn. That’s why we transformed our garage into a safe, fun play space for children. We created two amazing outdoor play areas with our own private playground complete with a custom Tree Net Structure and huge grass area with putting green to play games. If you're looking to join the fun or simply relax nearby, this space is thoughtfully designed for both kids and Adults. The space Main Home: Sleep 8, three bathrooms Bedroom 1: - 2 queen beds - Ensuite bathroom with bathtub and walk in shower. o Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash - Workstation - TV - Balcony access shared with living room access - 2 Pac and plays located in closet, 1 sound machine and 1 baby monitor (if needed) Bedroom 2: - Queen bed - TV - Balcony access shared with bedroom 3 access - Access to bathroom that is shared with the common space Bedroom 3: - King bed - Ensuite bathroom with walk in shower o Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash - TV - Balcony access shared with bedroom 2 access Shared Bathroom: - Located in hallway between bedrooms 2 and 3 - Walk in shower o Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash Kitchen and Dining Room: - Fully equipped kitchen and cooking supplies. o Basic cooking oils and spices o Pots, pans, baking dishes and cooking utensils o Instapot o Air fryer o Ninja blender o Toaster o Coffee pot (ground beans) o Keurig Coffee system o Purified water system o Ice machine - Island barstool that seats 4. - Dining Room table that seats 8. Guest House: 2 bedrooms, sleeps six, 1 bathroom Bedroom 1: - Queen bed - TV - Pac and play located in closet Bedroom 2: - 2 bunk beds, twin size mattresses - TV Living Room - Comfortable couch - TV Balcony - Access to balcony from living room and front door. - Two seat bar top on balcony.
